Site Measurements & Technical Drawings

At the proposal stage, measurements are typically provided by the client through architectural plans and drawings.

Site Visit (if required)
If greater accuracy is needed or drawings are unavailable, a site visit is scheduled and our technicians carry out precise on-site measurements. Arranged once there is sufficient clarity on the client's exact requirements and preferred system.
Stage 03
Quotation, Proposal & Scope Confirmation
Project
Once all details are aligned, a comprehensive brief is communicated to the Estimation Team, who prepare a detailed proposal based on the agreed specifications, system configurations, and sizes.

Client Interest & Signed Quotation
Upon the client expressing interest to proceed, a signed quotation is required. For individual / private clients, this serves as formal confirmation of scope.

Project Order Agreement (POA)
A POA is prepared and issued, formally locking in the full scope of work, configurations and all project details — countersigned by both parties. KYC documents are collected at this stage.

LPO for Corporate / Business Clients
If the client is a company or business entity, they submit a Local Purchase Order (LPO) in lieu of the signed quotation.

Technical Sign-Off, Fabrication & Installation
Project
Fabrication and installation proceed only after the client has confirmed all technical details — including sample approvals, system configurations, and technical drawings covering the full project scope.

Final On-Site Measurements
The installation team is scheduled on site to take final precise measurements before production commences.

Systems are fabricated in our production facility in accordance with the approved technical drawings and confirmed specifications.

Once production is complete, installation is scheduled on site within the agreed project timeline as aligned with the client.
Stage 05
Snag Resolution, Handover & Final Payment
Project
During the final project stage, a comprehensive snag list is prepared, documenting all rectifications to be completed prior to formal handover.

All items on the snag list are addressed and completed by the project team.

Client Sign-Off & Completion Certificate
The snag list is formally signed off by the client. A Completion Certificate is issued confirming the project has been 100% completed by Glass R Us and is being officially handed over.

Final Invoice & Payment
With all handover documents in place, the balance invoice is submitted and the project is officially closed. Final payment is followed up per the agreed payment terms.
